“We have left our 9 month old Husky Aria into the Riverview Boarding and from the moment we arrived with her we knew that she was in great hands and absolutely eased our minds for the duration of our trip …greated by friendly staff who clearly loved their job and the animals coming their way .. we received along the way photos and videos and of Aria playing and going for walks also with encounters playing with new friends she made … fantastic service and fantastic prices… never will I have to look past this facility for our next trip … 5 stars isn’t enough.. thank you all at Riverview”

“Mila had a great time in Riverview. She is a lively little puppy and I was concerned that she may have been a handful but the staff were fabulous and the regular updates, pictures and videos were so reassuring.
I couldn’t recommend Riverview highly enough. Mila will be back for sure!”

“My pup stayed with the girls at Riverview on a recommendation from a local dog trainer! The facilities are clean, warm and homely. The dogs are out of the kennels often, whether outside socialising with other canines and humans or playing ball inside with the staff! I had great peace of mind, regular updates in video and photo form allowing me to see Ted in the environment. We will be back, hopefully I will be organised enough so not to avoid not being able to get a kennel! Highly recommend this first class facility for our dog who is part of our family! Thanks again Stephanie and all your great staff! Xxx”

“I have buster 13 and 1/2 years… and when he stays in Riverview kennels, I know he’s happy, looked after and cared for the way I want him too.. I know this because, it’s the only place, over the years, he has stayed that when I leave him in, he can’t wait till I go. 😀

“We left our 6 month old Lab Lucy with Riverview for Christmas. She loved every minute of her stay.
I was nervous as I’ve never used kennels before. I had no need to worry Steph reassured us that Lucy would have a great time. We got texts and videos to update us on how Lucy settled. This was fantastic and so reassuring.
We will most certainly be back and would recommend this to anyone.”

“I cannot recommend this wonderful place enough. I was very nervous about leaving my cat Fergus for 3 nights as it was the first time he’d been away from home. The staff were very understanding and immediately put me at ease. The facilities were excellent, clean and really well equipped. We got daily videos and updates while we were away and it was clear Fergus was having a brilliant holiday. Thank you and we’ll definitely be back soon.”

“Absolutely brilliant!! I left my rottie here for 2 nights and he had a ball. he is a rescue dog so I was nervous about leaving him in case he wouldn’t settle in kennel environment again. was I wrong lol. max also has some behaviour issues where he can’t be around other animals. Stephanie took this in her stride and made sure all her other clients were safe and sound and that our boy was happy and content. he has been at another boarding kennel before which he hated so much but when we went to pick him up from Riverview he was excited to see us but would have happily stayed on. he’s now booked in for a week next month when we go on our holidays , he will go on his! THANKYOU SO MUCH”

“Absolutely brilliant staff, such a welcoming, clean & safe place to leave my chocolate lab! I have never left her before in any sort of kennels as I wouldn’t want her laying outside in the cold & never really felt comfortable in previous places! Kennels are so clean, cosy and she just felt like she was laying on the own wee sofa at home!! Stephanie had won over Lucy’s trust in no time & lucy was so happy to see her! She also kept me updated regularly which put me at ease & content! Couldn’t recommend Riverview enough!!”

“Stephanie many thanks for the superb induction afforded to our three ladies. this service to help the girls settle into Riverview alleviates my anxieties as you have spent quality time with them at a meet and greet on Sunday, provided a half day visit with you today in a luxury kennel. These gestures affirms Riverview as the right choice for my three girls. The plan to help settle the girls over the coming weeks before their extended stay is most welcome and certainly gives me the assurances I need that they’ll enjoy their break too. After the husband decided that we should go to the Christmas markets in Belfast last night, we arranged for Roxy to go to Stephanies kennels. I just want to say, I have never felt more at ease with leaving my pup anywhere! The place is immaculate, completely secure. So many different play areas for the dogs. Also a cattery if u need to avail of that as well! Stephanie sent me photos while we were away, keep me updated all the time of how Roxy was settling in and enjoying her stay. I would tell anyone that needs to use a kennel, use Riverview! U will not be disappointed! Roxy is already looking forward to her next sleepover!
